Hunan Lead Power Dazhi Technology Incorporated Company (formerly known as Guangdong Dazhi Environmental Protection Technology Incorporated Company, hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was established in 2002 and listed on the GEM A-shares of Shenzhen Stock Exchange in August 2016 (Stock Code 300530.SZ). In 2020, the Company engaged in the sector of new energy power battery, forming a dual development model of "new energy batteries + surface engineering chemicals".
LP New Energy, a new energy battery brand of the Company, has established a high-performance power battery R&D center in Kunshan, Jiangsu, with a professional, diversified and international management team and technical team. The core management and technical personnel have accumulated profound professional knowledge and rich practical experience in the fields of new energy batteries and automobiles. Additionally, the Company is headquartered in Hengyang, and a new energy battery production base has been built in Hengyang, Hunan Province, with a planned total production capacity of 15GWh. The first 1.8GWhVDA power battery production line was put into production in the fourth quarter of 2021.
- Suzhou R&D CenterThe R&D Center was put into service in November 2020 with a staff complement of 100+ and five test centers, namely materials laboratory, battery cells laboratory, PACK laboratory, electrochemical analysis laboratory, and performance testing laboratory. The R&D Center has 300+ patents and offers the functions of testing and trial production of lab test line.
- Hengyang PlantThe first phase was put into production in the fourth quarter of 2021 with a capacity of 1.8GWh. The whole base covers an area of 710 mu, with a total building area of 316000 m2 and a total production capacity of 15GWh.

The Company has completely independent intellectual property rights in material system design, product development and manufacturing core technologies. The well-established R&D system and abundant R&D achievements have laid a solid foundation for the technical advantages of products. At present, the Company has applied for 313 patents for power batteries, of which 13 invention patents and 116 utility model patents have been granted.

The products have been successfully applied in the fields of electronics, auto parts and hardware, and the Company has become a part of the industrial chain of Benz, BMW, Toyota, GM, Volvo, Panasonic, Huawei, ZTE and other internationally renowned enterprises. For many years, Dazhi Chemical has been adhering to the principle of focusing on customer demands, providing professional electroplating solutions for more than 300 electroplating factories.
